How to Make ZEPPOLE CALABRESI. Please have these ingredients ready in your kitchen:

INGREDIENTS:
1kg/2.2lbs plain flour
3 cups of warm water
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 tablespoons of salt
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Vegetable oil (for frying)

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING:
Anchovies OR Sardines
Dry mozzarella
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh basil leaves
Small bowl with oil (for keeping your hands moist)
