This blend is made from 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Blanc.  Straw coloured with medium-minus intensity.  A classic bubbly nose with aromas of brioche, lees, citrus, orange zest, and apple.  Good balance with a fine mousse and creamy texture.  Crisp and fresh on the palate with flavours that reflect the nose.  A medium-plus finish.  A good match for pizza or Pad Thai.

Golden straw colour with medium-minus intensity.  This is a very fruity Riesling with aromas of pear, floral, honey, orange peel, lime, and apricot, along with hints of clove and jasmine.  Good balance.  Juicy fruit on the palate with flavours of green apple, honey, orange zest, minerality, and jasmine followed by a medium-long finish.  Try this flavourful Riesling on a warm sunny day.

Delicate Queen Anne cherry red with medium-minus intensity.  Early cherries, watermelon, strawberry, orange pith, and honeydew melon on the nose.  Good balance and pleasantly dry. Big and round on the palate with flavours of cherry, strawberry, hints of rhubarb, red currant, and stone fruit followed by a medium-plus finish.  Lovely for the patio.

This is a blend of 47% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Malbec.  Garnet red with medium-deep intensity.  The slightly lifted nose displays aromas of earth, spice, plum, raspberry, and chocolate.  Good balance.  The flavours echo the nose followed by a medium-plus slightly warm finish.  Well suited for a further three to eight years of cellar aging.
