Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini:
2 oz vodka
1 oz cold brew
1-½ oz pumpkin spice syrup (recipe below)
1 oz coffee liquer
Shake with ice and enjoy!
Pumpkin spice syrup:
2 cups brown sugar
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 TBSP pumpkin pie spice
1-½ cups water
Stir & simmer over low heat 10 minutes
Cool, store in a jar in the fridge
