So far have used to trim, cube a chuck roast for vegetable soup costing 3.99 a pound. So easy and took about two minutes. Then the big test to spatchcock a chicken. Cut right through the chicken breast and leg bones and flattened that clucker like it was construction paper. Made such a delicious perfectly grilled chicken for my mom. Grips well and comfortable. Have not put in dishwasher but seems you can. Had another far more expensive brand that never returned from husband’s fishing trip. These are just as good.
