Today we are making a super easy Pizza dough at home. This pizza is made with a few ingredients and it’s perfect for beginners. #StayHome #WithMe
These are the ingredients you need for this pizza dough:
Ingredients:
1kg (35oz) plain flour (or Italian flour for pizza “00” type)
30g sea salt
600ml – (2 1/2 cups)of room temperature water
3g – (half teaspoon) dry yeast or fresh yeast
Utensils:
1 x large size mixing bowl
1 x large wooden board for mixing (or a wooden kitchen bench)
1 x wet tea towel (wet the tea towel in preparation for this dish and squeeze all the excess water out of it
1 x flat tray
