In this video Bolognese Master, David Berti, reacts to my version of Bolognese Sauce. In this video I am showing you that I deserve a lesson because I didn’t keep my bolognese sauce authentic. I am here to protect traditions and if a tradition is not respected we need to react and act. It is my turn to receive criticism for what I made. Bolognese Sauce (Known in Italy as Ragu’ alla Bolognese) is from the city of Bologna. It is traditional from Bologna and it is not made everywhere in Italy. In fact every single region and city have their own version of Ragu’ (Ragu’ stands for meat sauce).
